I was having a conversation on a flight from Madrid to London last week with a man from Spain. We talked about the inequality of women in some countries before he segued into being a father of 16 and 18 year old sons. He’d already gathered how open and real I am about my experience and how I believe many realities and truths can simultaneously exist. It’s not one way, its the way we say is so for us. With that said, the conversation segueing from the inequality of women, to his sons in Spain and the influence he has on them and how they treat young women was where things went. I asked him if he had conversations around sex with them. He laughed and said no. I asked why? That’s an age where boys are becoming young men. That area of their bodies are very much awake and curious. Isn’t our responsibility as adults who have life experience under our belts to educate and share our knowledge with our kids? If we don’t, we repeat the same ignorance that came before.
I can only speak from a female perspective and how in my experience boys weren’t asking questions, they had one goal in mind and they went for it. I know adult women who can’t ask for what they want and even being open and real, it’s not always easy to guide a passionate man when in bed together as it takes overcoming insecurities and inhibitions to say what I want. I do believe men are more than willing to please but its not always easy to guide a man who truly does need guidance unless he’s had lots of experience with many different women and has learned something.
My own personal experience prompted me to ask him if he would be able to explain to his sons about pleasing women and what he’s learned, so that they understood there is also a timidity in women that may keep them from asking for the things that pleasure them, and being okay with walking away with just the man being pleased. Women have been taught to satisfy a man and to put his needs before hers. Today women are more aware of their own needs but doesn’t always mean that its easy to ask for them in bed. It sure would be helpful if men who have teenage sons take the time to inform them of their experience so that the new young men growing up can have the compassion and understanding to know more about the sexual experience for the women.
Women talk much more openly to one another than men do in my experience. I am curious if men would like to know more of what it is that women crave, appreciate and desire? I saw this man on the plane laugh and agree with me that he could see that being a useful discussion with his boys. I also saw his discomfort and his contemplation wondering if he could do it. If more men would like to be in the conversation with women who would offer some insight outside of the bedroom, then write to me. I’m open to entertaining your questions and being in dialogue around the conversation of sex between men and women. Write to me and we’ll expand on the possibilities in a respectful space of understanding and a willingness to grow. Cheers, Foxy Locks

Mars went retrograde Sunday evening of April 17th. I was on a ferry boat making my way from Spain to Morocco at the time. Mars is the warrior in us. Chani Nicholas says it best “Mars moves us. Mars is energy. Red, hot, untamed energy. Mars is drive. Mars is passion. Mars makes us aware of our desires. Our desire to be an individual. Our desires to do what we want. Our desires are dangerous if we deny them. They demand entrance into our life. Desires are not arbitrary. Desires are road maps that lead us toward our potential.
This week Mars stations retrograde. It will be so for the better part of 11 weeks (April 17th-June 29th). This will give us ample opportunity to examine our relationship to all things Mars. Our anger, our drive, our determination, our desire. Mars retrograde can be a time that is better used refining our relationship to it rather than trying to take large leaps in the world.” http://chaninicholas.com/2016/04/mars-stations-retrograde-horoscopes.
Now this morning on April 28th, 2016 at 10am mercury goes retrograde. Mercury has to do with communication and people can have communication mishaps during a retrograde and be advised not to sign contracts. However each retrograde is different depending on the sign it’s in and other planets that are involved. At this time Mercury is hanging with Taurus. What can that mean for us?
I’ll share what Chani says and then you see how it plays out in your life. “Considering that Mercury is about communication and Taurus is about harnessing and utilizing the energy that we have and building with it, this retrograde is about reviewing the resources that we have, respecting them, giving them a little fertilizer and a whole lotta love.
May this retrograde teach us how to let our love for what we have been given grow deeper and help us to become wiser in how we make use of our resources.” http://chaninicholas.com/2016/04/mercury-stations-retrograde-horscope.
I can personally say that I faced Mars aspects within myself while in Morocco and that they served as a welcomed protection while spending time in a male dominated culture that saw women beneath them. I also felt the intensity emotionally of the full moon in scorpio at weeks end. It was challenging to see the feminine covered up and to feel the lack of flow and beauty. I myself, as an open feminine force of nature felt suffocated throughout my stay in Morocco. I enjoy my freedom as a liberated woman living in California and returned with a deeper appreciation for my chosen reality. It’s truly a blessing that there is space available for each of us to live our own personal truth, even if its contradictory to another, we all can be true to who we are. And no matter where we live we all are influenced by the planetary forces around us, whether we are aware of it or not. Astrology is news worthy in my world and can help explain a lot of what cannot be seen. Astrologically speaking that’s my take on it:) Superhero Sis

“They force their higher Self into exile, into the unconscious. The intellect causes this separation, and by means of concentration exercises and a purposeful effort to become conscious and aware, the intellect can be an instrument by which we get out of this separation and back to our true Self.
It is your task to reach the state of being which can only be described, in the first person, as “I am that I am.” But watch out! It’s not enough for you to think what you are, nor to feel what you are; you much be what you are in your own true inner self,” according to Elizabeth Haich (2000, p.?).
These quotes were extracted from the book “Initiation” by Elisabeth Haich (2000). It happened to be the page I turned to this morning as I thought about sharing a message on The Intuitive Observer. It seems fitting for a publication with a mission to celebrate and awaken personal intuition. We are defining the future today.
The state of “being” Haich refers to would be full unwavering access to that intuitive source of direction and insight; free of the collective robotic directives that have operated life in the unconscious slumber. It’s now time we flex and strengthen our intuitive muscle. I welcome the intuitive awakening of us all and personally know what a courageous journey it is! Come on this “TRANSMEDIA” journey with us and share your intuitive observations here with The Observer.
Welcome Aboard,
